GENERAL

These are the terms and conditions that apply when purchasing goods from us. We are entitled to amend these terms and conditions, at our sole discretion, from time to time, without notice to you.

ACCEPTANCE

When you buy goods from us, you agree to and accept all our terms and conditions. You also agree that Younik365 (Pty) Ltd may send you electronic correspondence.

YOUR ONLINE PROFILE AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you register on our site, you will have to create an online profile. This includes providing certain personal information and a password. You will be asked for your credentials every time that you shop online with us. Please ensure that you keep your credentials private and secure, as we accept no liability for any damages or losses that you may suffer from the unauthorised use of your profile.

When you shop on our website, you give us your consent to collect and process your personal information, which we require to (for example) create and manage your account, process your payment, fulfil your order, communicate with you, and deliver your goods.

GOODS AND PRICING

All jewellery items sold is costume jewellery unless otherwise stated. Please remove jewellery when bathing or washing your hands. Costume jewellery will tarnish over time, when exposed to harmful chemicals such as lotions, sanitisers and sprays, and even excessive water.

Goods subject to availability: All goods displayed on our website are subject to availability. Goods are only available for delivery within South Africa.

Price: The stated prices on our website are in South African Rand.

Display: Our best efforts are made to accurately display the goods, specifically regarding their colour, description, and price. Please remember however that the way you see the goods is also dependent on the device that you are using to access our website. We cannot guarantee that the goods you receive will look exactly as you have seen it.

Order completion: We deem your order complete when delivery takes place. If we cancel or reject your order for any reason, you will be notified accordingly and, as soon as possible thereafter, refunded any amounts already paid. We may remove the goods from your cart if stock is no longer available and change the price of the goods without notice to you. You cannot hold us liable if the goods are no longer available, or the price has changed when you try to check out at a later stage.

Order cancellation by us: We reserve the right to not process an order or to cancel an existing order, under certain circumstances. If cancellation of an order is initiated by us, no cancellation fees will be payable. We will refund you the Rand value that you have paid, only if you have already paid for the cancelled order. We will not be liable for any loss or claim relating to a cancelled order or refusal to process an order.

DELIVERY

Delivery fee: There is a delivery fee for every order you place, this is billed at checkout. Please refer to our Delivery policy for full details on fees and delivery time.

Stock availability: We cannot always guarantee the availability of stock but will use reasonable efforts to ensure that stock is available. We will notify you when goods are no longer available after you have placed an order. We will refund you the Rand value for the goods you have purchased.

Your delivery: Delivery is arranged to the delivery address that you provided to us. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of the goods once we have delivered the goods to the delivery address you have provided to us. Please note that we only deliver within South Africa. You must ensure that we can access the place of delivery.

If you are unable to accept the goods yourself, please ensure that you or your authorised representative are available at the delivery address. If anyone else accepts delivery of the goods at the delivery address, they are presumed to be authorised to accept the goods on your behalf. You or your representative must sign the delivery slip, which will be proof that the goods have been delivered in a good, undamaged condition.

RETURNS AND GENERAL WARRANTIES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason and wish to return it, you may do so within 5 (five) days of the date of delivery, for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.  On request for a credit, we require your proof of purchase and a valid reason for the return. The cost of the return will be paid by the customer in full before we log your return.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept return of certain jewellery items.

Should we accidentally deliver the wrong goods to you, please do not remove the goods from its original packaging. Notify us immediately and we will collect the goods from you at no extra charge. In this instance, if you would prefer a refund, we will issue your refund using the same payment method you originally used for the purchase.

Sale items may not be returned unless the incorrect product was supplied by us.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You may under certain circumstances cancel your order. If you cancel an order after it has left our warehouse, you will be liable for the delivery fee and a cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the goods. We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our warehouse. You may not cancel an order after delivery has taken place.

PAYMENT

We take reasonable steps to secure your payment information and we use a payment system that is sufficiently secure. Transacting with us electronically (including using your credit card details) is safe and secure.

If you are paying by credit card, you warrant that you are authorised to use the card and that there are sufficient funds to pay for the order. You consent to our use of the services of reputable and secure third-party payment service providers to process credit card transactions and acknowledge that doing so necessitates the disclosure of your credit card information when you make a purchase.

In the event that you return goods, it will take up to 10 working days after return of goods to process a refund and for it to reflect on your account.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
